All orders are confirmed immediately after placing your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. After your order is confirmed, it will be sent for processing. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing time. After your order is processed, it will be shipped to you. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your order'stracking number. Please allow between 2-5 business days after processing for your order to ship. Standard shipping is at $8 for orders under $50 while orders over $50 ship FREE! We also offer express shipping for $15! Express orders arrive within 1-2 business days after processing.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
All luxury hair items are final sale and may not be refunded or exchanged. All other items are not refundable. If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email to see if exchange options are available.
